I am interested in history of antique silver industry of Hanau. On the site it was written that «the Honau city father’s lured masters…». What did propose the government of city to visiting masters? What were conditions for silvesmiths in this city? Why it was profitable to work in Hanau? I will be grateful for some more information about this subject.
