Hi all, Arms on a spoon circa 1850. Look European to me? Any help with the heraldry greatly appreciated!

This could be the one for von Morsky (Grafen von Morsky) although there might be other families who have a as a charge. If the hatching is made according to the standard practice the shield should be red like in the Morsky coat of arms.

If you have time you might be able to find some of the other coats of arms you posted from the Wappenbuch der Österreichischen Monarchie.

Thank you so much!

Thanks also for the links - Amazing that so many volumes have been digitized. I'll definitely have a look. Could I ask for some advice on how the volumes are arranged? Is it that these are all the arms of the (at that time) present aristocracy for those years? It would be great to curate a list of similar publications for different countries at some point - one for a separate thread!

Unfortunately I have no idea how the volumes are arranged. It seems that each volume just have a selection of noble families starting with princely houses (Fürst) and then counts etc. There doesn't seem to be any geographical division and they don't seem to be arranged according to the date of the creation of the title either. Each volume just has an index listing the families included. Not really ideal for identifying an unknown coat of arms because one just has to browse through each volume and hope to find a match. And it's possible that the coat of arms in question is not found if it was created after the series was completed.
