Mystery monogram

I believe this is (Tiffany?) King pattern. Can anyone translate the monogram for me? It looks like someone's heraldic crest.

This is an English (London) spoon, made by Chawner & Co and assayed during the assay year 1865/66. The pattern appears to be King's Pattern (although I am not an expert in patterns) which originated in the early 19th century. The initials look like BCL, or perhaps BGL. Somebody else may be able to suggest a family name (or names) to go with the armorial.
