Vintage Western Province Junior Football Ass. Medal

I do not know if this fits in here but it do some how have a crest...
This Vintage Western Province Junior Football Ass. medal are not hallmarked but it tested for at least 900 silver. It has a football in front of Table Mountain on it and is 27mm n diameter. The back has a shield that looks like it has been cancelled on it. Its lug seems to be broken off. Any information of this medal will be appreciated.

I'm not sure if this any help, but here's a little something on this subject: Junior Challenge Cup.— Winners: 1886 ... The competing teams were Western Province (holders), Transvaal, Queensland West, Eastern Province, Border...In 1890 the Western Province Football Association was formed...The principal event Is the League Championship, the members of the winning team each receiving a silver medal.
