Early 18th c. Swiss monograms

Well this isn't exactly a Crest, but it is a pair of monograms on the same piece. My guess was that RDVST was a location near Basel
and whatever the second is, is an owner's monogram. While I lived in Switzerland for some time, I can come up with nothing that fits.
