Arms on salt shaker London 1853 German or English?

Hi all,
on my salt shaker made by Charles Frederick Hancock London in 1853 is a coat of arms, which I cannot attach to a family. I found that item on an Antik-Markt in Munich some years ago, so that I am not sure if it is an English or German coat of arms. All hints will be welcome.

Fairbairn's lists Two Wings Expanded as a crest for the family COIN. However I have not been able to find out anything about the family with an internet search due to the common spelling of the word Coin. There seems to be a letter C entwined with a letter W in the cypher on the shaker. The crown seems to be for a marquess, but that might be an artistic device, similar to a crest with a ducal coronet not having anything to do with being a duke. Just guessing here...
