Ladle with unknown crest

I have a ladle that has a crest on the handle that I am curious about. If anyone can help me identify this I would be greatful.

Unfortunately that is a very common crest. It would be blazoned (described) as a cubit arm, vested with a broken spear (or arrow) with point downwards. More information, such as a motto, would have been helpful.
