Florentine Silver ID

I am looking for help identifying a small dish. This is what I have so far from the Antique Guild in Alexandria, VA:
"It looks like the dish is Italian from Florence prior to 1933 and made of the 900 silver standard. The Italians had three silver standards: 950, 900 and 800 before the current sterling 925 silver standard. The Fli Conti mark is possibly the makers mark and the M mark possibly a date letter or style mark."
I am particularly interested in the crest.
