Identification Help Needed

I believe that this bowl, not sure what its called, is from London 1787. The maker I need help with. I believe the hallmark is I.W or L.W. Can anyone help. Thanks

l would say it is IW the trouble is there are a lot of makers with those marks around that time, a photo would be good, if not describe the other marks as well, there should be a date letter, where is was assayed and a duty mark also describe the style of the makers mark
