I have no idea on the first stamp???
I stand corrected but i belive the 2nd stamp is of George III

Hi,

Your forks were assayed at Sheffield in 1815. The 1815 date letter 'O', which combines the Sheffield 'Crown', is struck upside-down. There is no maker's mark shown, this is not unusual as this was often struck on the tang of the fork, and thus is no longer visible.
