Hi,
Above are real marks; looks like 800 on the right.
Well preserved gilding, millesimal fineness standard - red flag in regard of 18th century, George II silver.
Wishful thinking: later restrike with lower standard.

I don't think that is a London mark under the overstamps. The punch outlines are wrong, the crown on the leopard's head is too tall and the style of the letter, if it is an S, is also wrong. My exemplar of a London 1733 mark shows how it should be:

There are no other years which it could be either.

Can you show us better close up of the marks indicated with my red arrow. ?
800 in an oval mark on the right is often seen on 20th century Italian silver, but could be from elsewhere.
