Little spoon, ID help?

Found this little spoon, appears to be 1700s. Help on the maker?
The maker is probably WT but that's a fairly common set of initials for the likely time frame (mid 18th century) and there are a number of possible matches in the London lists (assuming it is a London mark), not to mention the fact that there is a missing register so we don't have a full list of all marks. I think this is going to have to remain unknowable.
