Hallmark help 800 silver (JWP & S)

Hello, I'm trying to identify the mark on a large serving spoon. From what I've seen, JWP & S has not yet been identified.

The stamps look like a moon, a crown, and a ? no idea.

I've looked and looked, but have gotten nowhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
It`s obviously made in Germany.

The eagle mark appears to be P. Bruckmann und Söhne.
JWP & S was seen with Birmingham assay office. Possibly the importer`s sponsor mark.
