Help with hallmark

I have a tankard with the following hallmark, I think its London but would love to know the date it was made and the maker if possible.
Any help would be great!

Yes, this is a London hallmark. The date letter o is the code for the assay year 1749/50 and the maker's mark is TW for Thomas Whipham.
