Is this one 1909? I thought 1909 or possibly 1934? as both are similar.

It's 1909. The Birmingham series of date letters from 1900-1924 are all lower case, the ones from 1925-1949 are upper case. Your hallmark is clearly a lower case "k". It's differentiating between "o" and "O" where it gets difficult!
