Silver(?) Teaspoon Set

Postby Gadgee » Mon Feb 27, 2012 3:10 pm

A set of teaspoons has been kicking about the house for years and as an exercise, I thought I would see how old they are.

All I can work out so far is that they are Irish!

Anybody help me out>?

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Your spoon was assayed at Dublin in 1813. The maker was Richard Whitford of 21, Kennedy's Lane, Dublin, and retailed by Matthew West.
