Help identifying hallmarks on spoon

I normally collect Dutch silver spoons, but couldn't resist buying this large 12in spoon. I only recognize the leopard and lion, but know absolutely nothing else about British marks. Can anyone identify these hallmarks for me?

Your spoon was made by Hyam Hyams and assayed at London in 1824.
