Need help identifying some hall marks

Wonder if anyone can help identify the following marks on a silver thimble.

I'll take a stab - 'AS', lion passant, date letter 'v' (1895-6), anchor (on side) for Birmingham.

It will be the same answer as your posting on another forum -
"The English thimble has a Birmingham hallmark for 1895. The maker is probably Adolph Scott, although AS could also be Albert Sydenham."
