It is confusing ...
One mark is London, one is American...
Please advise!

This item appears to be a fully marked piece from London, 1906-07. I moved it here in case someone can identify the maker.

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

There's no American marks on this piece, it's all English. Maker is Charles Cooke and the retailer is Brigg & Son.
