Silver Tankard - when and where was it made?

I have a Silver tankard in a plain style that I have no clue where it was made - Completely uncertain if European or even Asian (please move post where appropriate). Having had a look at the site - I cannot find a similar mark (apologies if I have missed it). Please could someone tell me when and where it was made?
