Hi, i need help dating this Sheffield meat fork. Cant seem to decide on a date after looking at the date marks. Greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello,

The date letter looks to me like the lower case gothic "F" for 1898-9 and the piece put to assay by John Biggin Ltd.
