Tea spoon and sugar tongs

Hello all,

I have been using this grand site for a little while now, and have found almost all the dates and makers for my (small) collection of silver.


The tea spoon (set of 6)

Has the mark been invalidated or can this be a makers mark?

That looks like the mark of Peter & William Bateman, London 1807.
