A while ago i bought a Gentlemans travelling set, and just recently i started looking into the history of the fittings. The case has been stamped with Mawson Swan and Morgan LTD which i know as being the company set up by Joseph Swan (the inventor of the electric light bulb), but i dont know who made the fittings. The hallmarks are the lion, the cats head, and the london date for 1920 (i think), however i cant find the makers name for the stamp - G.C&S
Can anyboy help me at all?
