IG marked teaspoon?

It’s another IG mark but doesn’t seem to be James Gordon of Aberdeen......any ideas? Not convinced the spoon is even Scottish as it has a pointed heel and the way the mark is so close to the finial. Just feels a bit colonial maybe to me.
