Another Scottish Tinker teaspoon?

Here’s another teaspoon from the same source (originally part of a collection of Scottish Provincial spoons) Obviously there’s no certainty in it being Scottish but a very interesting spoon marked HS or SH and Tinkers marks. Owners initials engraved MAH.
