GT EC 7 Cross not plated.

I realize this looks like a plated mark. But I have cut reasonably deeply and it tests silver. It has a deep patina, and short of cutting really deep, I am reasonably sure it is solid silver.

I used the "search" for EC malta, but it didn't turn up anything, I should have just gone to the posting.
Any idea who GT is?
