Does anyone recognise the marks on this little c.1720 mug?

Hi Miles,

I wondered if you had any more thoughts on these marks?

The bottom one resembles a French Discharge mark (with the top at 4 o'clock) c.1720, the 'AB' mark is similar in style to French maker's marks of the same period, but the leopard's head!

Could this perhaps be a Hanau or Schoonhoven piece?

Regards Trev.

No light at all, I'm afraid.
It could be Hanau, but I don't think I've seen a mug like this attributed to them. Thank you for keeping it in mind.

Miles
