Indian Colonial salt spoon? - E.H & Co?

Please forgive me if this is posted in the wrong forum (feel sure it will be moved if appropriate), but thought that the British members might have better access to a Wilkinson book. Suspect this is an Anglo-Indian piece, has an amethyst colored set for the thistle blossom, mark appears to be E.H & Co. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I don't see your mark in my copy of Wynyard R. T. Wilkinson's book "Indian Colonial Silver".

Thanks so much for checking, Pat! Perhaps someone with access to the 1987 Makers of Indian Colonial Silver will come along.

Just to open up the possibilities, it may well be Indian Colonial, but there is some chance that it could be a very late Scottish provincial, Australian or New Zealand piece.

With the thistle motif, Scotland was the first place to come to mind, and I'd also made a note considering Australia - but something about the marks and engraving just made me lean toward Indian. It's a sweet little piece regardless of its origin.
