1801 William Hamy Dublin Spoon

Here's an example of what I believe is an 1801 Dublin hallmarked William Hamy spoon:
This spoon is in rough condition. The bowl has been repaired at the handle. The letters CA and the numbers 4/12 are scratched to the right of the date letter, and I'm guessing the scratched marks having something to do with inventory.

Thanks for sharing this one with us. I don't recall seeing a piece this early by Hamy before.

William Hamy's business was restyled to Hamy & Mann in 1821:
