Hi Argentum,
That appears to be a badly struck mark of William Teulon of Cork. He was noted as working out of North Main Street in 1795 and Patrick Street from 1809 to 1833. He was still alive in 1844. His business may perhaps have been carried on by his sons(?) as in 1846, Charles & Samuel Teulon were recorded as working in Patrick Street.
William Teulon married Honora Heyland on the 18th August 1781, so perhaps may have been related by marriage to the Cork silversmith, William Heyland.
