Can you help me with the makers mark R.S.W.S.

Recently I found these two identical sauce boats?, baskets? So far I found out that they are Scottish Sterling Silver, made in Glasgow in 1903 but I need help with the makers mark. The makers mark consists of four letters R S W S. At the bottom I found the jewelers mark Sorley Silversmiths Glasgow. Can anyone help me?
