Silver Bowl Mark is a "W" with inset "H"

I have a silver bowl, perhaps a bit arts and crafts, dont know, it has the letter "W" with the letter "H" inset, if you imaging the VW logo its a bit like that, it has a three point stand with etched centre and rim. Any information woould be useful or guidance where else to check, photos available
