Unkown Edinburgh Hall Mark

Can any one help identify the mystery Z letter in this Edinburgh hall mark . Is it provincial . it appears on the right hand spoon.

The 'Z' is the maker's mark of the Ziegler workshops at Edinburgh. They were prolific spoonmakers.
