Identify knife & fork set

Hi,
I tried to identify the above items. I found it was from Sheffield year 1895 and manufactured by TC over JWC, is that correct? What did the "C B S EP" means on the last picture? Is there any source to find out more of who TC/JWC is?

I don't know who TC/JWC is, but the CBS EP mark indicates that the blades are Silverplate (EP = Electro Plated). My first reaction to CBS was Charles Boyton & SOns, but they did not adopt that name until 1904 (although I cannot properly see the date letter and am therefore assuming that your date of 1895 is correct).
