Hey!
I would be very grateful for help. I have a spoon made in Sheffield. Not sure which year and which silversmith. I also wonder what the symbol on the front of the fork symbolizes? The one with a bird, a crown and a sword.
Best regards

Hi Per,
The symbol on the front of the fork is the family crest of a former owner.

Hello!
Thank you very much for the answer.
Could it be some noble person, considering the crown?

It's a coronet, so yes, but I've been unable to find a match for this crest so far.

Hello!
Thank you very much for the defense. It would be fun if the fork was owned by some noble family. I'll keep checking.
Best regards
