Silver Mark Identification?

Silver Mark Identification?

I have a pair of candlesticks. They were my mom's. She died in July. I believe they are silver, but the rules say to post here if not sure.

Any identification help would be appreciated.

My condolences.
Yes,they are silver.Marks from left to right:
HH stands for the maker Harrison Brothers & Howson (Henry Harrison)
The crown for Sheffield
Lion passant for sterling fineness .925
Date letter Y for 1891.
