Small spoon, maker WSS&Co?

Small spoon from Sheffield and 1917. I am looking for the maker WSS&Co.

The makers mark is that of W.S. Savage & Co. Their mark was first registered as WSS on 31 July 1894 and their registered address at that time was Standard Works, 173 Pond Street, Sheffield.
