Sheffield Sterling please help with year.

Hello all
I would be most grateful for any help in identifying this hallmark from a set of ten silver teaspoons and sugar tong.
It appears to be a Crown, Lion Passant and the lower case letter ‘t’ which I believe is 1911. However, the ‘t’ has ‘hooks’ on it and I am having problems identifying it.
