Hello. Can't identify this Birmingham hallmarks. Help PLEASE! Silversmith is not clear and I can't understand what is age?

On the base is another hallmark.

Now I'm starting to think that is Sheffield?

It is Sheffield. Roberts & Belk, 1874.
