Numbering on Joseph Ridge & Co. pot/jug

The lidded jug/pot has '33' above the hallmark symbol & a roughly stamped 'W5105' (the 5's could be 6's!) below the mark, & a '3' below the EPBM stamp - can anyone explain the numbers please?
