Using the info on this site I guess the spoons to be made in Sheffield in 1899 from sterling silver by W.R. Humphries & Co. However I've only just started going throough some silver that I have inherited and don't know anything about the topic. Can anyone confirm if I am I correct with the guess or correct me otherwise?

You are correct. WRH is W R Humphries & Co, a Sheffield company, and the spoons were assayed in Sheffield during the 1899-1900 assay year.

The retailer appears to be the Stourbridge, Staffordshire glass-maker, Thomas Webb & Sons, who were noted as having retail outlets in Little Collins Street, Melbourne, King William Street, Adelaide, and George Street, Sydney.
