Sheffield Date Mark

I have inherited a Silver ( ? ) spoon set from my late parents and have been trying to find out some kind of history behind it. I have concluded that it is Mappin & Webb, the mark as I understand it is a Sheffield hall mark, what I can't decipher is the date.
I understand the date type face determines the year. Can anybody understand from the photo what the actual letter is. It looks to me that it could be a "U" or a "N" but I do not know or even trust my judgement.
