regarding help with some thing ive found

Hi there,

i hope some one can shed a bit of light with this item. hopefully photos have up loaded ok. the marks are some thing i would like to know. there are four marks. top one, belive it says ZJ, under this, i belive is a shelfield mark. next a lion, then lastly, what looks like a backwards 3 or E, but the " E", looks more like a 3.
i justcant seem to post a photo?
