Sugart tongs Hallmarks

Hi All,


I'm new in this forum!!!

i kindly ask for help, if anyone can recognise these halmarks on sugartongs:
on one of arms is set of marks letter, head,lion and initials TL on the other arm
one large mark LAW. i know is Sheffield, but not sure about Maker and whats mean LAW?

That is the mark of Thomas Law. He was one of the first makers to register a mark at the Sheffield Assay Office when it opened in 1773. He registered this mark on September 20th 1773. The first mark being registered a few days earlier on September 11th.
