Help with identifying Silver Dimple Decanter

Hi, I recently acquire a dimple decanter unfortunately I know nothing about it and would appreciated if you guys can help identifying it.

It looks like the makers mark is GH for Harrison Brothers & Howson (George Howson) and assayed at Sheffield, date letter q for 1908

By the way I was told the maker could be George Hape of Sheffield.

That is also a possibility, it is one of the two, but without a close up just of the makers mark to compare, it is only a guess as to which maker it is.
