cruet set

hi,
just wondering if anyone can help me identify these marks. Assuming that they are provincial scottish. These are the best photos i was able to take and they were the clearest ones.





The makers mark is either I. W. & co, or T.W. & co. It has the lion passant and the kings head. The town mark is the one that has me stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

The town mark is Sheffield 1818/19 and is the 'small articles mark' which is an upside down crown over the date letter I.

T W & Co is probably Thomas Watson & Co mark registered 1801.

The book 'Jackson's Silver Marks' suggests this was to differentiate more clearly between current and previous date letters.

Hello

The TW & Co mark identified at page 443 of Jackson's Silver & Gold Marks book is not one recorded in the book produced by the Sheffield Assay Office from its register. Thomas Watson & Co's registered mark of 1794 was TW above & Co in a rectangle. The mark on the item here may be an unregistered mark used by them or might be IW & Co which was a mark registered by Joseph Wilson & Co in 1793. This was IW then & Co in two punches but stamped close together could appear as one rectangle.
