Made of solid (925) silver in Chester 1913..don't know who the maker is, someone will. Best wishes, MIke.

To answer your question of style; pepper pots aren't commonly given special names like you might find with cutlery. They're most often simply assigned to the monarch in whose reign they were made. This style is indicative of 1900-1930.

Hi,
For Birmingham, the mark matches Synyer & Beddoes, although they may have used a six point star, they also had a Chester branch.
