Dug up spoon, need help identifying marks, ect

I found this on a hill i was digging, in vandalia, ohio. Only posting in Irish section because of the clover on the spoon. Any help would be appreciate. Ive never found anything like this before, and i am new. Thank you

I guess i needed to just search.

So i think its Stokes and Ireland , the lion represent sterling?
City mark is chester, england, and the R i am not sure how to figure that out.

Assuming you looked this up in site encyclo.---date codes chart is in upper right (tap to increase)...looks to match R for 1900 (company mark registered in 1890)--Stokes & Ireland Limited.

Correct information given by Traintime
(William Henry Stokes & Arthur George Ireland).
Silver was assayed in London, Birmingham and Chester
Noted members of the Birmingham Jewellers' & Silversmiths' Association who carried on an export trade in 1920:
