Help hallmark Cowcreamer

Hi all
Can anyone tell me anything about these hallmarks. I know nothing about silver marks. I had a look through the Silver marks web site but I could only fing the Lion for English
Any help arreciated

Could this be it!
German made but bearing import marks for Chester.
I can't see the date letter but it is going to be around 1900 or therabouts. Maker Berthold
Muller who was a prolific german importer to England at this time. It is
actually a copy of a type originally made by a London silversmith called
Schuppe in the 1760s.

Funny I was just looking at that link ....
I was also looking at the Chester marks... Mine has the sword the other way around any ideas why ?
