Attempting to Confirm that this is Irish, Odd Hallmarks

We originally labeled this piece as Irish, but we were informed that it was not. Any help would be appreciated in identification.

Hi,

It is indeed Dutch, probably made around the last quarter of the 19th century in Groningen.
Only the lion is an official stamp (833/000, used between 1814 and 1953).
The rest are pseudo-marks for (from left to right) a maker's mark (mimicing the mark of Epke Hoytes), the city mark of Utrecht and a dateletter.
